How many tokenized stocks are there?

Tokenzo tracks 2,865 tokens from 11 issuers, covering 1,440 US-listed securities and deployed 15,754 times across 16 blockchains as of 2026-10-01. Each issuer's token is its own instrument: the same company can have a dozen.

Is a tokenized stock the same as owning the share?

Usually not. Most are a note, a certificate or a derivative that tracks the share, with no vote and dividends handled by the issuer's own rules. A few, recorded by the company's transfer agent, are the registered share itself, and those can only be held by approved investors.

Where do tokenized stocks trade?

On exchanges and in onchain pools, in proportions that differ by issuer. Robinhood tokens hold the most pool liquidity, about $116.9M, mostly on Robinhood Chain; others trade mainly on exchange order books or through the issuer's own app, which pool figures do not show.

Most issuers exclude US persons. Dinari, Securitize and Superstate offer tokens to eligible US investors, each with its own verification and transfer limits. This is a summary of issuers' terms, not an eligibility decision.
